§ I — Intake Five-Day Response NDA Standard
Applying for certification
Certification under the Raydorf AI Maturity Standard begins with a short access request. The Institute reviews each request manually and responds within five working days.
§ I The intake model
The intake model
Raydorf does not accept open applications. Every firm seeking certification first submits a short access request — firm name, country, signatory, signatory email, and a brief reason. If the request is accepted, the Institute provisions an account for the named signatory and sends credentials to their firm email address.
The full pre-NDA application is then completed inside the portal. The self-assessment questionnaire and the Document Request List become available once the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement has been countersigned. Until that point, the Institute does not request documentary evidence; the access request and the pre-NDA application contain only the information necessary to confirm eligibility.
The full audit process is set out in the published Legal Audit Protocol. The Institute responds to access requests within five working days.
§ II Before you request access
Before you request access
Three documents inform the application. Reading them first will shorten the rest of the process considerably.
- The Raydorf AI Maturity Standard — the methodology: the seven dimensions, the five tiers, the floor rule.
- The Legal Industry Framework — how the Standard applies to law firms.
- The certification process — the nine stages from intake to certificate.
The full Legal Audit Protocol (RDF-LEG-PROT-1.0) is provided to accepted firms during onboarding and sets out every deliverable required at each tier.
§ III Request access
Request access
The access-request form takes about three minutes. The Institute will respond within five working days. If your firm is accepted, you will receive two emails — one with your username, one with a temporary password — at the signatory email address provided. The temporary password is valid for 24 hours.
If your firm is unable to enter into a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, or if there is a question that should reach the Institute before a request is submitted, please write to institute@raydorf.com.
