The Raydorf Institute
The Raydorf Institute publishes the Raydorf AI Maturity Standard and operates the certification function. The Institute is independent of any consulting or advisory practice. Its sole product is the Standard and the assurance that follows from it.
§ I Founder
Founder
Dr. Taylan Yildiz, Founder & Chair of the Standards Council
Dr. Taylan Yildiz founded Raydorf to bring institutional rigor to a category — AI assurance for professional services — that has been served, until now, by consulting offers and vendor self-claims. His background combines technology, regulation, and field practice: research and engineering work at Stanford and Google; regulatory engagement through the European Congress; and AI transformation work with professional services firms in Türkiye and the European Union.
As Chair of the Standards Council, Dr. Yildiz is responsible for the integrity of the Standard. He does not participate in individual certification decisions, which are made independently by Raydorf assessors.

§ II Council
The Standards Council
The Standards Council governs the Raydorf Standard. Members are appointed for their expertise in law, regulatory policy, AI deployment, and professional services governance. The Council reviews the Standard annually and approves material changes between annual reviews where regulatory developments require it.
§ III Independence
Independence
Raydorf does not provide advisory, consulting, or implementation services. This separation is maintained as a matter of policy and is documented in the Institute's governance charter. Where firms require implementation support, Raydorf maintains a list of independent advisors but does not take referral fees.
